Applications
When You Need a Ram
Hydraulic rescue rams are used wherever a spreading force is needed over a long stroke — typically longer than spreaders can reach. Common applications include B-pillar cross-ramming, roof raising, seat displacement, dashboard roll, structural shoring and side-pillar removal.
The telescopic design means rams can be inserted through a narrow opening and then extend to full reach — critical when space around the casualty is limited.

Lukas classic rescue rams — single-acting, hydraulically operated, with 360° rotatable prismatic claws. Designed to be used as a set: the smaller ram creates the opening, into which the next larger size is inserted. Up to 27 t lifting capacity.

Medium single-stage standard ram. Extended length 1,180 mm. Follows R 410 in the staged-insertion sequence. Minimum overall height with a large stroke for the size.
